As the Maori Proverb goes…
He aha te mea nui o te ao. He tangata, he tangata, he tangata.”
Translation…
What is the most important thing in the world? It is the people, it is the people, it is the people.”
It is just as true for a business like ours. Both Gibbons Rail Limited (GRL) and parentcompany HDG Construction are in fact all about people.
Our people and the people of the organisations that we work for. In GRL’s case that is pretty much KiwiRail who accounts for 90+% of our work.
